Introduction
Rock Glass wool board insulation is made of select fine basalt as
the major materials which is pulled into 4-7µ non-continuous fibers
after melted by adopting advanced international four-roller
centrifugal cotton-making procedures and adding a certain of
adhesives, dust laying oil and water repellent into rock Glass wool
fibers. It can be made into products series with different density
according to various uses through the technology of sedimentation,
solidify, cutting and etc.

Application

Rock Glass wool board can be used in applications where operating temperatures do not exceed 650 °c such as process temperature control, energy conservation, condensation prevention, acoustic absorption treatment and personnel protection for plant and equipment. The Mesh facing provides additional strength and flexibility allowing the product to form and hold form around process equipment, ductwork and large diameter piping.
